ApHC Riders Win Big at IHSA Semi Finals
The Intercollegiate Horse Show Association held it’s western semifinal horse shows around then nation on March 18-20th. At the semifinals for each region, the top four individuals in events and the top three teams move on to the National show held in May, 2022 in Harrisburg, PA.
Several Appaloosa youth and young non-pro riders showed for their IHSA school teams and are moving on to the National Finals.
Chloe Sullivan, riding for Bloomsburg, won the Individual Ranch Riding. Faith Dantona, riding for Liberty University won her NRHA Open Reining class and was 5th in horsemanship. Heather Burkholder, riding for Penn State University was 4th in Level 1 Horsemanship. Jenna Tyson, riding for Morrisville State College was 3rd in her Level I horsemanship class. Lorri Girrbach, riding for Adrian College was 2nd in her Open horsemanship class.
We look forward to seeing these ApHC competitors at the IHSA National Show.
